Very nice staff everything was very clean, the breakfast was amazing with different varieties and the staff helped with a lot of things especially parents who have kids n pushchairs the staff was very impressive

The room provided was a good size for a family of five. Beds were comfortable. Daily room service was provided to a very good standard. The breakfast service from 7-10am was nice and the dining hall a reasonable size. The staff were exceptional: mr Ali, mr Mateen and the bell boys they were very approachable and helpful whenever we needed assistance and they could communicate in english too. If you required guidance for places to visit they would explain how to get there. This hotel is perfectly situated 5mins walk away from the local tramlines thatll take you within 10mins to reach the Hagia Sofia and the Sultanahmet mosques and the Grand Bazaar and right up to the Galata Tower. Just a few metres away from the hotel, you can easily grab lunch and dinner.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to metro. Breakfast is good for this price.

We stayed here 2 years ago and we chose to go back since last time was fab! The staff are very helpful and incredibly friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds/pillows are comfy.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights in March/April during Ramadan. It was an amazing experience. From arrival till check out everyone was extremely kind and helpful ! Ali at reception, Turn the assistance staff and Ataur Rahman one of the chefs were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. They served us Sahur separately outside the breakfast trimming and served breakfast to our kids. Very clean and spacious room with a good roadside view ! Very nice bathroom clean toilet. I would highly recommend this hotel for visitors. The location is very central to reach to tourists place in no time. Tram, train and busses are at the arm reach. Restaurants and shops are nearby too.

The location was perfect. Everything was near and within walking distance. Shops and restaurants were open until late in this area.In other areas, they close by 9pm. Staff were friendly, and the room was cleaned every day.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff who welcomed us with coffee treats, the hotel is very nice, the location is very central, very close to the subway, tram, sea buses and bus stops, we liked the hotel very much, we went up to our room, our room was spacious, spacious, clean and very nicely designed, the beds were Tempur met, we had a very good sleep, the mini bar prices were very reasonable, the price of the hotel was very reasonable according to the quality of the hotel, when we arrived at breakfast in the morning, we tasted various and delicious products, the friendly staff welcomed us at breakfast, they offered us omelets, I love this hotel, I recommend it very much.

When we arrived at the hotel we were warmly welcomed by friendly staff coffee treats we went up to our room our room was very clean spacious airy mini bar prices very affordable furniture and design very nice spare carpet was very clean and soft the texture was very nice the staff was very friendly I was very happy that the hotel is close to all shopping In front of the hotel metro tram City buses sea buses are available in the central location of the hotel breakfast was very varied and delicious, fresh products, the staff was friendly and helpful, the minibar prices were very reasonable, the prices of the hotel were also very reasonable according to the service it provided, I liked everything I will come back to this hotel I recommend it to
